Motorcycle Bob, is headed for Florida

Motorcycle Bob is headed for Florida, on his Gold Wing, pulling his tent trailer. Hope he keeps us informed on how he is doing and what kind of weather he hits.

Dave, I talked with him this evening & he is enjoying Naval Air Station Pensacola aviation museum so much, he plans to stay there another day in that area.  He is on his 87 aspencade & towing his large Kwik/Kamp trailer using the rear car tire.  This trip is also a maiden voyage to evalute the car tire as well as pleasure sight seeing.  I was stationed there for 47 months in USN.

I talked to Bob last night myself. I wish I had gone with him, he is having a great time. Really enjoying the musuem and plans tomorrow to go to another one in Florida tomorrow. He said he may come back across the gulf into Texas instead of on down into Florida, as a Ranger told him that accomidations and campgrounds would be hard to get this week.
