I'm always ready to meet and make new friends

I got off to a good start, but the winds were really strong. I got to Kingman, Ks and between the heat and the wind, decided to call it a day. I found a room and later went to dinner. When I got back from dinner, backed the bike into the parking place and noticed a squeak in the left trailer wheel. Will have to get it lubed and maybe bearings replaced. I may have to go back to Wichita to get a bearing for the trailer, but not that far back about 40 miles.
I was going to see a friend in Denver, but called yesterday and they have a really bad cold. Will see how they feel today and make a decision on whether to go there or change my route.
I am still going to go to bryce, but may change some of my route through Colorado. I don't want to get to Phoenix until a week from Friday as my daughter will be working.
Will keep everyone updated as I go and when I have some pictures will add them

i am here as well. i too am a member of the PGR but havent been able to get a mission in yet. I have spent the last 2 months working on my bike trying to get her roadworthy again and have done that successfully so hopefully soon i will get some missions under my belt.

i really wish i could join u on this ride as i have family in Pheonix as well that i would love to see again not to mention it will be an excelent ride have fun and be safe

The dinner ride will be leaving promptly at 7pm to go to Cookies in Golden City, Mo. Great food and every kind of Pie you can imagine.

I will be leaving Sunday Morning and heading out for Phoenix, Az. Going to go through Denver first and then across 70 into Utah and down through Bryce Canyon. Will go from Bryce to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon and then around to the south end. Will spend a night at Bryce and a few nights at the Grand Canyon. Will then go on down through Flagstaff and on into Phoenix to see my Daughter. Anyone one that would like to ride any part of it with me is welcome. This is going to be a leisurely trip with lots of stops to see things along the way. Will be pulling the tent trailer and staying in the tent on a lot of the trip. If anyone would like to ride any part or all of the trip with me just leave a message and will set up a place to meet. Dave

Glad to have someone on here. Was getting people trying to spam here and still am, but it was becoming a problem. Didn't know who to let on.
Would love to hear more about the patriot guard.
